The "Guldhøj stool" is a classic piece of Danish design with a historical reference to the Guldhøj find.
The Guldhøj find comes from a burial mound in Jutland, where a foldable stool from the Bronze Age was found. In 1958 Poul Hundevad created a modern interpretation of this stool. The design is both a tribute to the ancient find and an iconic example of Danish design from the 1960s
